President Barack Obama was sworn into office this week as our nation’s 44th president. Despite running into a few technical challenges in the first few days at the White House, the Obama Administration will embrace technology in unprecedented ways.
Led by forward thinking, web savvy technologists, President Obama’s new media team looks poised and ready to fulfill President Obama’s vision of open-source democracy.
Coincident with Mr. Obama being sworn in, the Obama Administration’s
new media team assumed control of WhiteHouse.gov at 12:01 PM EST on
Tuesday. This is the official website of the sitting administration.
The new media team has identified three top priorities of the new administration
– communication, transparency and participation. Let’s examine how the
new administration has been leveraging web technologies to meet these
priorities.

JoomlaEnvy's Lust
The Joomla Envy Team is happy to announce the release of a new template called JE Lust. JE Lust is the first of the seven sins that Joomla envy the free joomla template club will be releaseing. We will be releasing a template every two months with bonus templates.
This is a tabled design but it XHTML 1.0 Transitional and also CSS validated. The photoshop file is included in the download section. Documentation is coming via video tutorials

Right now we're looking for Partners and Volunteers to help out with JoomlaEnvy.
Today we just partnered with MallJoomla Who is still currently in Beta stage and is going to production soon. We are doing affiliate deals but we prefer mutual linking speaking of we are also doing and affilliate link with alldeia.com.
We Need Volunteers! Right now we are looking for volunteers for the following things:
Building templates
Converting templates to Joolma 1.5.x
Forum Manager the answer questions and keep the clean!
Researcher to help improve the site features and abilities

JoomlaEnvy's PiaoLiang
PiaoLiang is the Chinese word for beautiful.
That's exactly what this template is simple and beautiful.
As some of you know who follow JoomlaEnvy, we have been static for sometime now.
Well you will notice there are some changes going on.
